Refunds/Returns

There are no returns of our product other than samples returned to confirm a claim. Any refund will be at the discretion of California Silkscreen and consist of credit toward the printing of a like value of product. The procedure to secure credit for goods you believe to somehow be manufactured incorrectly is to write to us the nature of the problem and send along samples of product. All claims will receive a response within one week.
